The Kalectiv: From Friendship to Entrepreneurial Revolution

We started as five friends - Black women entrepreneurs from diverse industries, united by shared solo-preneur struggles and big dreams. Our vent session evolved into a revolutionary vision. Despite our creativity and cultural fluency, we faced invisibility and discouragement in the business world.

Recognizing a common need, we created what we wished we'd had: a supportive hub offering resources, mentoring, and peer support for Black women entrepreneurs across the diaspora. Our innovative social enterprise model bridges online and brick-and-mortar retail, fostering growth and collaboration.

We empower women at all stages of business growth, providing the tools and sisterhood to build thriving brands, connect across retail spaces, and shatter barriers together.
